Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service or retail sales with cash handling.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to cross-sell.
• Proficient in using banking software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank’s mission.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and advise accordingly.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking; support CRA initiatives.
• Balance cash drawer and operate teller equipment; manage currency orders.
