Valley Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to drive branch growth by deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones. You will execute sales plans, manage leads, and perform proactive cross-selling while delivering excellent customer service.

You will maintain knowledge of bank products, educate clients, open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan options while promoting online/mobile banking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of one year in customer service or cash handling.
• Associates or Bachelor degree with focus in accounting, business, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Experience with banking software and branch operations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across customer interactions.
• Proficiency in using banking technology and online/mobile services.
