Job summary

NDA is seeking a results-driven growth marketer to own paid acquisition for our fast-growing consumer AI companionship product. You will launch campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, and optimize CAC and ROAS while testing audiences and creatives.

This contract-based role offers growth as you demonstrate impact and work closely with the Growth team to scale budgets and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Experience launching and optimizing campaigns personally.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, or Reddit.
• Understanding CAC, ROAS, conversion metrics and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills and testing mindset.
• Ability to explain your contribution to campaign results.
• Comfortable working with an NSFW AI companionship product.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and business results.
• Test audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies.
• Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of campaigns and demonstrate personal impact.
• Grow towards independently managing larger advertising budgets.
