Mecka AI, a robotics data infrastructure company, is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to manage paid acquisition funnels across Meta, TikTok, and Google, turning budgets into activated contributors. You’ll report to the Growth Lead and collaborate with country teams across APAC, South America, and North America.

The role requires 1–3 years of paid campaign experience, comfort with data metrics, and quick adoption of AI tools for creative and analysis.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google with real budget.
• Strong ability to build spreadsheets and analyze funnel metrics like CAC and conversion rate.
• Familiar with AI tools for creative, copy, and analysis.
• Built something scrappy yourself, such as an online store, an app, a community, or a side project that grew.

Responsabilidades

• Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube; manage budgets, targeting, bids, and scale by market.
• Create and test new ad creative weekly in local languages using AI tools; identify hooks and messages that attract contributors.
• Improve the funnel behind ads: landing pages, sign-up flows, and follow-up messages to move users from click to capture.
• Set up tracking to connect campaigns to activated contributors; optimize for cost per activated contributor and maintain sign-up quality.
• Report weekly on spend, cost, and conversions by channel and market with clear next-step recommendations.
