EverAI Limited is seeking a performance marketing leader to own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will own campaigns end-to-end, drive high-velocity testing, and optimize CAC/LTV while collaborating with product and content teams to push conversion and growth at pace.

You’ll manage multi-channel budgets, leverage GA4 and Voluum for insights, and build scalable acquisition funnels that support ambitious user growth from an emerging platform to a global audience.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Past exposure to subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks.
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (e.g. dating, femtech, telehealth).
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (English fluency).
• Goal‑oriented, ownership and commitment.
• Doer mindset, speed and iteration.
• Humble, open to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Lead the main paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Scale acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards.
• Drive decision‑making through CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks for strategic shifts.
• Own the creative briefing process and develop high‑converting landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize pages.
