Job summary

Orkin LLC in Virginia Beach seeks an Operations Manager / People Leader to grow a high-performing branch and drive world-class service for a trusted pest control leader with 120+ years of history.

You will lead a team, manage branch operations, and collaborate with senior leadership to recruit, mentor, and develop talent while driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years in multi-operational or sales management with a results-driven company.
• P&L responsibility experience and expense control understanding.
• Experience in driving revenue and customer relations.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after an initial 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices about 25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and balance expenses with growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and vehicle policies.
