You will drive revenue growth, mentor staff, and own operational excellence, including P&L oversight, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is a stepping stone to higher regional leadership opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and leading branches.
• Experience managing branch operations with field travel and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location post-90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices ~25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-tier service and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue and growth; monitor activities and hold teams accountable.
• Manage P&L and balance expenses with strategic investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
