Motion Industries is seeking an Account Representative I to grow their book of business by converting competitors' business and expanding medium-size accounts into large accounts.

You will maintain customer contact, manage expectations, deliver tailored quotes, and present solutions across power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial products, leveraging strong communication to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 0–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence customers.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Increase revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Generate new leads via networking, cold calling, directories, and internet research.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare customized quotes meeting customer requirements.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
• Coordinate vendor resources to support sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
