Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to partner with off-premise accounts across the eastern Maryland and Delaware region. You will drive volume, distribution, and brand presence through distributor leadership and strategic account programs.

The role requires mapping trends, educating customers, and delivering results through in-store activation and cooperative promotions, while traveling within the territory and maintaining flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of achieving volume and distribution goals.
• Ability to analyze sales data and use tools to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with off-premise locations to drive volume and distribution for Sazerac brands.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Develop programs to meet distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
