Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to partner with off-premise accounts and drive sales across our diverse spirits portfolio. You will implement growth strategies, educate customers on brand trends, and lead distributor collaboration to maximize market share.

The role requires 1+ year of field sales experience in alcohol or CPG, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost brand distribution and volume.
• Lead brand-building efforts by leveraging consumer trends to educate customers and drive sales.
• Coordinate with distributors on in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Monitor KPIs and execute strategic programs to meet distribution and promotional goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate across wholesalers and internal teams.
