Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to partner with off-premise accounts (grocery, convenience and liquor stores) to grow sales across our diverse spirits portfolio. You will connect consumers with favorite brands and drive market share in your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• New graduates should have a sales/marketing internship or sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Crafting solutions to boost sales for assigned accounts.
• Lead brand-building efforts using market trends.
• Drive distribution and in-store execution with distributors.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands.
• Design and execute programs for distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
• Coordinate communications between customers, wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
