Wedgwood Christian Services in Grand Rapids seeks a creative, analytical Digital Marketing & Web Strategist to lead our digital presence, overseeing website strategy, advertising, SEO, automation, analytics, and CRM integrations.

You will collaborate with Marketing and IT to optimize campaigns, develop landing pages, monitor performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, advertising, communications, or related field.
• At least three years of digital marketing, website management, or analytics experience.
• Experience with website management tools; WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the organization's website functionality, updates, landing pages, and UX.
• Develop and execute digital marketing, ads, SEO, and Google Ads strategies.
• Analyze website and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Lead marketing automation and segmented communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and vendors on campaigns and CRM integrations.
• Create digital ad content including messaging and visuals.
• Support events and department initiatives with digital assets.
• Monitor online presence and maintain brand consistency and reputation.
• Provide regular progress and performance updates and define next steps.
