Job summary

Haworth is seeking a Web & Digital Marketing Manager in Holland, MI to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs across web, email, automation, and paid channels. You will partner with Sales, Product, and external agencies to deliver multi-channel initiatives and drive revenue growth.

The role requires 7 years in digital marketing in B2B, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field.
7 years in digital marketing and demand generation in B2B (5 years with Master’s).
Hands-on experience with campaigns across web, email, and marketing automation.
Unrestricted right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Own website experience including content updates, landing pages, and product merchandising.
Lead digital marketing and demand generation strategy to drive lead gen, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, and paid/owned channels.
Develop and optimize marketing automation, email programs, and lead nurturing.
Monitor and report on KPIs and drive data-based optimization.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, and external partners.
