Job summary

Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive growth across SEO, Social, Influencer & Community, and Email Marketing for both B2B and ecommerce lines.

You will set channel strategies, manage a team of specialists, and deliver measurable increases in traffic, engagement, lead generation, and revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs.
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education.
• Military Equivalency reference as listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing team and own growth across four channels: SEO, Social, Influencer & Community, Email Marketing.
• Set channel strategy tailored to each audience and manage specialists for measurable growth.
• Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic performance and customer acquisition.
• Direct social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and reach.
• Lead influencer, community management and brand advocacy initiatives.
• Oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategies across business lines.
• Establish metrics, manage budgets, and drive optimization through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, content, web, CRM, sales and communications.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office tools and Haworth environment software.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
