Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years related lending and/or credit experience with community and/or industry involvement in the area.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related study is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business development with a focus on acquisition of new clients and expanding relationships.
• Develop network of external referral sources/COIs to attract new clients.
• Maintain, grow and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell bank products.
• Negotiate terms of lending agreements and prepare packages for credit approval.
• Ensure bank has current financial information and monitor changes in credit quality.
• Lead loan closing processes and ensure all terms are reflected in legal documents.
