Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 1 year in customer service or cash handling.
• Retail sales/service experience preferred; knowledge of banking operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Proficient with banking products and services; able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch through deepening existing relationships and acquiring new ones via sales, leads, and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission and professional conduct.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and cross-sell to meet needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities and ensure compliance.
• Balance cash drawer, operate teller equipment, and manage currency/coin orders.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
