You will originate and manage loan portfolios, cross-sell bank products, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closings while maintaining credit quality and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending and client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze credit data and structure lending facilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Develop new business and expand client relationships through referrals.
• Build external referral networks/COIs to attract clients.
• Manage assigned portfolios and cross-sell bank products.
• Negotiate loan terms and structure facilities per credit policy.
• Monitor credit quality and report changes.
• Oversee loan closing process and ensure proper documentation.
