Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is hiring client sales executives to join our growing team in New York. You’ll be the first connection between prospects and our service solutions—identifying needs, presenting value, and closing deals that create long-term partnerships.

You’ll prospect and qualify leads, understand client needs, manage a full sales pipeline with a CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deals closed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/business development preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and networking.
• Understand and recommend services to best fit the clients needs.
