Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to drive performance at a branch level, following a 90‑day training period. You will travel 25% within the division and may relocate for advancement, building a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional pest management service.

You will lead revenue growth, manage expenses and coach staff while maintaining compliance and strong customer relations. Orkin provides industry stability and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control experience.
• 5–7 years: customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years: experience with P&L management and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after an initial 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% for branch office visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and improve processes.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing margins.
• Ensure compliance with laws and vehicle policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, coach and evaluate staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on hiring and promotions.
• Maintain high morale and uphold operating standards.
