Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/ management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Develops business plans to attract new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Manages branch P&L and controls costs.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensures service levels and KPIs are met across client programs.
• Maintains strong client relationships through regular business reviews and feedback.
