Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Pennsylvania to drive growth by expanding new and existing client relationships while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients. The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, recruitment leadership, and optimizing branch operations.

You will develop strategies to meet sales plans, budgets, and SLA targets, coach a team of recruiters, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Coach and develop recruiters, monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service levels.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-board new customers with terms and risk assessment.
