You will own the branch P&L, set budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure service levels and SLAs are met while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include developing business opportunities, managing performance, and aligning staffing plans with client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop branch staff.
• Deliver strong customer service to candidates and clients.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SLA targets and credit processes.
