Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States (Pennsylvania). The role leads growth, recruitment, and client satisfaction for a busy staffing branch. You will drive plans to win new clients, retain existing accounts, and manage the P&L with a focus on efficiency and service quality.

You will supervise recruiters, coach staff, implement process improvements, and ensure timely, compliant operations. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day team performance; coach Recruiters and provide development.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, forecasts, and cost control.
• On-board new customers; negotiate terms, pay and bill rates, and credit checks.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and maintain communication with vertical teams.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and lead recruiting activities as needed.
