You will lead recruiting teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with SLAs while developing strategic plans for revenue growth and staff development. This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and a strong customer-focus culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients to increase revenue.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with client and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers on issues or requests.
• Monitor and improve metrics like fill rate, time to fill, and NPS scores.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and present to leadership.
