Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the Pittsburgh area to lead client growth, retention, and branch profitability. You will set sales plans, supervise recruitment strategies, manage the P&L, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will establish plans to grow existing accounts, negotiate terms, monitor SLA targets, and present monthly business reviews to senior leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control, and develop forecasts and budgets.
• Coach recruiters and optimize processes to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and assess credit risk as needed.
• Lead monthly or quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
