Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States (PA) is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth with new clients and deepen existing relationships. You will lead the branch team, manage P&L, and ensure excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while meeting KPIs, SLAs, and strategic business goals. A strong sales and leadership background in staffing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow client base, and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor processes for cost efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee budget development and long-range growth plans for the branch(s).
