Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of direct sales experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.
• Set pay and bill rates by skill category and monitor KPIs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors.
