Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States (PA) to lead business development, client relationships, and branch operations. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage the branch P&L, and deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will coach recruiters, monitor KPIs, and establish performance standards while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires strong leadership and a proven sales background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven results.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, build client relationships, and win new business.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met; regular reviews with clients.
• Lead branch team, coach Recruiters, and manage performance against KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Forecast revenue, develop growth plans, and monitor staffing needs.
• Oversee credit references, collections, and compliance with laws.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessments, and pricing.
• Conduct monthly meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
