Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Pennsylvania to drive growth, manage branch P&L, and lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing team. You will build strategic plans to win new clients and retain existing ones while ensuring top-tier customer service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee budgeting, pay/bill rate decisions, and performance metrics, while fostering strong relationships with clients, HR, and operations to meet KPI targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans for new and existing clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the branch team.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs/SLA targets are met.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leaders.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to align client needs.
