Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new clients and strengthening current relationships. You will manage P&L, recruitment strategies, budgets and cost controls while leading a high-performing branch team focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will be accountable for developing strategic plans, ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities preferred.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is a plus.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews with client teams.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations and HR discussions.
• Lead branch recruiting and development, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Oversee compliance, credit references and terms negotiation.
