Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new business, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering strong P&L results. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while ensuring top-notch service to clients and candidates across the region.

You will set strategic direction for growth, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and procurement leaders to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts, win back lost or lapsed accounts, and align with client SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls while driving growth and performance metrics.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Set pay and bill rates, review KPI metrics, and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines.
