Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients. The role combines sales leadership with people management and P&L accountability.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, implement efficient processes, and collaborate with operations and HR to meet service levels and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with expectations.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L and implement cost-control measures; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Drive branch recruitment strategies and on-campus/relational hiring efforts.
