Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager in the United States to grow and retain client accounts, manage branch P&L and lead a team of recruiters. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and strategic recruitment operations.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecast revenues, coordinate with sales and program teams, and ensure compliance across federal and state regulations, while driving growth and improving service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; two years of direct sales experience with growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new clients and recover lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via regular client reviews with project teams.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations and HR managers.
• Survey clients for feedback and opportunities for growth; understand client business needs.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates by skill category; onboard new customers with terms and risk assessment.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance; coach Recruiters; develop staff.
• Review processes to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; forecast revenues and expenses.
• Monitor workers’ compensation/unemployment claims and keep licenses current.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections; maintain client credit references.
• Lead monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports; coordinate with vertical teams.
• Conduct branch audits; ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Create positive work environment measured by KPIs; recruit via digital/local channels.
• Jumps into recruiting activities when needed.
