Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruitment delivery and P&L for the branch. You will develop business plans, manage relationships with HR and operations, and drive top‑line results while ensuring service excellence for candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and coach a branch team, implement cost controls, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and build a strong local presence with schools and workforce partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; planning and organizing.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Set and monitor client requirements and SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and teams.
• Escalate issues to Client, Procurement, Operations and HR managers.
• Lead recruitment and program management; ensure KPI/SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L; implement cost controls and budgeting.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and local relationships.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and fees.
