Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager in the United States to lead recruiting, sales, and branch operations. You will manage client accounts, grow revenue, and oversee P&L while coaching a team of recruiters and support staff.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients, improving the bottom line.
• Manage client requirements and SLAs; ensure quality service.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via regular reviews with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to Client/Procurement/Operations/HR managers.
• Develop opportunities for account growth and optimal fill rates.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Understand client business dynamics, staffing needs, and culture.
• Set pay and bill rates by skill category; negotiate terms.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk checks, and conversion schedules.
• Ensure client credit limits and references are properly obtained.
