Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Lead branch team, coaching recruiters, and managing performance.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk checks, pay/bill rate negotiation.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Develop recruitment strategies and local relationships to fuel growth.
