Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, account retention, and branch performance. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients across the branch network.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, setting pay and bill rates, and conducting regular business reviews. You will ensure SLA compliance, drive revenue plans, and onboard new customers with attention to risk and terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans for new and existing clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, pay/bill rate negotiation.
• Manage collections and credit references.
• Maintain compliance and licenses.
