Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will oversee recruitment strategies, training, and a high-performing branch team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

The role includes managing budgets, payments, and rate negotiations, with a focus on achieving KPIs, improving processes, and maintaining compliance across payroll and client contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• One year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new clients; manage client requirements and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and service levels.
• On-board new customers (terms, credit, and rate negotiations).
• Ensure timely collections and maintain strong client relationships.
