Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch sales, client development, and P&L management. You will recruit, train, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients, while driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and proven leadership to achieve targets and improve service levels across the branch network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or branch management.
• Two years direct supervisory/management experience.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and improve the bottom line.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; coach recruiters.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct business reviews.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and escalations as needed.
• Lead recruitment strategies and branch recruitment initiatives.
