Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant sales/branch management experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven track record.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; implement cost controls.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-boarding of new customers.
