Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to build and execute business plans, recruit and manage a branch team, and deliver top‑notch service to clients and candidates. You will drive growth, manage the P&L, and ensure compliance with regulations while leading a team to exceed KPIs and SLAs.

You will work with HR, Operations, and client contacts to develop relationships, review performance, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

> A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

> Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
> One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

> Grow and retain accounts; plan to grow and retain existing and new clients.
> Manage branch P&L and budget; cost control and forecasting.
> Lead recruiting, training, mentoring and development of branch team.
> Ensure high client satisfaction through regular reviews and SLA adherence.
> Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
> Monitor pay/bill rates and salary structures; credit references and risk assessment.
> On-board new customers; negotiate terms and conversion plans.
> Ensure compliance with employment laws and licensing requirements.
