Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Lead branch team and coach recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, forecast revenue and expenses.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with directors.
• On-board new customers and set pay/bill rates.
