Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States (Pennsylvania region) to drive client growth, recruit and develop top talent, and manage the branch P&L. You will build business plans, oversee recruitment strategies, and ensure service excellence for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, negotiating terms, leading a branch team, and presenting quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; strong presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grows and retains accounts; establishes plans to grow and retain clients and win back lapsed accounts.
• Ensures client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews with clients and program teams.
• Serves as an escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Prepares and presents monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manages branch P&L and cost controls; develops revenue and expense forecasts.
• Develops recruitment strategies and on-boards new customers including terms, risk, and fees.
