Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to prospect and qualify buyers through outbound calls and emails. The role involves generating opportunities for senior consultants, analyzing market needs, and scheduling initial appointments with decision makers to grow the pipeline.

You will work with sales and marketing to develop strategies, segment prospects, and maintain engagement using CRM tools while meeting weekly activity targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience.
• Experience researching companies for best-fit profiles.
• Experience making outbound calls and sending outreach emails.
• Proficiency with corporate CRM tools.

Responsibilities
