Convergint is hiring a full-time Account Executive to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and contribute to growth in our culture-driven environment.

You will develop pipeline, lead proposals, present to decision makers, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that protect lives and assets. Richmond-based opportunity with growth potential.

Responsabilidades

• Account development: sell to dedicated accounts across services to grow value.
• Develop pipeline by engaging decision makers and building a business case.
• Lead proposal construction with the team including quotes and business case.
• Present and close: handle objections and drive timely go/no-go decisions.
• Market focus: build pipeline in assigned markets and segments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft winning proposals.
