Job summary

Pleasanton, CA-based Convergint is seeking a full-time Global Account Executive to generate new business and grow existing accounts across service and installation solutions. You will target defined geographies, develop relationships, and drive market share with a team-focused, customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes strategic sales, proposal development, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years account development, sales or related experience.
• 3+ years experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety or building automation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Education as stated: High School/GED; related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
• Develops new client relationships within defined geography aligned with priorities.
• Creates proposals and project plans to meet customer requirements; reviews costs.
• Communicates project requirements to the team and manages schedules.
• Identifies project risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Mentors colleagues and supports ongoing knowledge transfer.
• Performs other duties as required.
