CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Director to lead capability innovation and manage portfolio-level growth strategy. The role translates enterprise objectives into strategic direction for solutions while owning team-level growth outcomes and budget.

It involves directing reports and workstreams, guiding SME leadership, and shaping long-term growth aligned with market positioning. The position requires influencing executive priorities, managing cross-functional teams, and cultivating partnerships

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or energy/environmental consulting and management for clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in energy program design.
• Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present team results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work as a SME.
• Leadership in crafting narratives to pursue growth project goals.
• Industry presence and comfort presenting as a thought leader to stakeholders.
