You will shape growth outcomes, manage budgets, and influence thought leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams across utilities, energy programs, and markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs.
• Experience in energy program design and utilities markets.
• Ability to present growth results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and manage one or more workstreams.
• Oversee SME and thought leadership across topics.
• Manage budget including team costs and cross-charging.
• Set goals and report metrics for the team.
• Support enterprise growth strategy alignment with objectives.
• Influence executive priorities on SME investment.
• Ensure resources deliver highest impact opportunities.
• Cultivate external partnerships to expand opportunities.
• Deliver client or partner presentations with minimal prep.
• Promote data-driven decision making across the team.
• Represent strategic agenda at industry forums.
