CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Director to lead capability innovation and manage portfolio-level growth strategy. You will translate enterprise objectives into direction for solutions and influence executive priorities while owning team-level growth outcomes and budgets.

The role has broad scope, guiding SME expertise and thought leadership, with accountability for strategic growth initiatives and external partnerships to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs in energy/environmental consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership in energy program design.
• Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present team results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead team with direct reports and multiple workstreams.
• Develop SME and thought leadership across multiple topic areas and capabilities.
• Manage a budget including team costs and cross-charging.
• Own team goals and report metrics on behalf of the team.
