CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Director to lead capability innovation and manage portfolio-wide growth strategy. The role translates enterprise objectives into strategic directions for solutions, influencing executive priorities while guiding team-level growth outcomes and budgets.

The candidate will help ensure the growth strategy evolves with depth and consistency across the business. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and shaping the enterprise-wide growth

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs, or deliver energy and environmental consulting and management to clients
• Demonstrated leadership in energy program design
• Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets
• Strong business acumen, and the ability to present team results and goal attainment to senior leadership
• Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work, along with the capacity to add value as a SME
• Demonstrated leadership in crafting narratives in pursuit of growth project goals
• Industry presence, and ability to present comfortably as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead capability innovation and management alongside portfolio-level growth strategy
